I hope your Pretty Muddy training is going well. Fitting in runs, cross training, rest, and proper nutrition can be tough! I know when I am training, having healthy and nutritious snacks on hand at all times is key to keeping up my training program. This is one of my favorite easy recipes that is both nutritious and delicious. These cookies are packed with healthy carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fat. They are perfect for a pre-workout pick-me-up, or just a delicious snack on the go! You only need 5 ingredients and about 20 minutes and these bad boys can be yours.
The only problem with these cookies is that you can’t put them down. I packaged them up and put them away in my refrigerator after my first two, but I found myself sneaking into the container to steal another one! Uh Oh! Good thing they are so healthy!
Luckily, I have more ingredients on hand in case I need to make another batch soon. Next time you are having a craving for a cookie, give these guys a try!
