How It Works

Your Muddy Adventure, Step-by-Step

Never done a mud run before? Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Check-in: Arrive an hour before your start time to check in and get your bib. Bring your ID and confirmation email.
  2. The Run: You’ll face mud pits, walls, tunnels, and slides. Don’t worry, they’re designed for all fitness levels!
  3. Celebrate: After the run, join us for the post-race party, with music, food, and drink to refuel.
  4. Clean Up: Don’t forget to bring a change of clothes! Showers and changing tents will be available.

Training Tips:

  • Start with light jogging or walking.
  • Add some bodyweight exercises like push-ups or squats to help with obstacles.
  • Practice with friends to make it more fun!
